Constitutional Court Republic of Kosovo
The Constitutional Court is the final authority in the Republic of Kosovo for the interpretation of the Constitution, the compliance of laws with the Constitution, and for guaranteeing the protection of fundamental rights. The Constitutional Court decides only on matters referred to the Court in a legal manner by authorized parties.The Constitutional Court is composed of nine judges who serve for a non-renewable mandate of nine years.
